Hey everybody. It's Arnie de la Gringa, and welcome back to my YouTube channel. Today I'm at the American Dream Mall here in New Jersey. It's the second biggest mall in the United States. It has a water park, an amusement park, a ski resort, and over 500 plus stores.

Now, let's look at some stores that I cannot afford. This is the luxury wing of the American Dream Mall. Right now we're walking in the nicest part of the mall. Behind me there's Gucci. Over here we have Balenciaga, and in front of me right now is the Ferrari store. Let's check it out. Oh my goodness. It says, "Dear customers, we are currently closed due to maintenance. We apologize for the inconvenience." Yeah, it looks like they're doing something, some services inside, so I can't enter the store, but it looks super cool.

Let's talk about some shopping vocabulary. Now, I don't really have the expectation to buy anything today, so we call that window shopping. Yes, it's like looking through the window, this window, and shopping. But window shopping isn't literal. I'm not just looking at a window and seeing what's inside. No, I'm going inside the store, looking at some clothes, but I'm not in a mood to buy anything particular. This luxury wing is out of my budget, which means I can't really afford them, but I'll just window shop today.

Last time I came to this mall was two years ago, and one of my favorite stores here is called Gentle Monster, where they sell cool pairs of sunglasses. Let's go check it out. Wow. Look at this display. Oh my goodness. And it moves. Have you guys ever seen a storefront like this? Look, the animals are moving. Do you guys know what this animal is called? Let me know down below. Wow. They have three of them. They look so real. They have a sign here that says, "Please do not touch." So, I'm noting that. But look at this really cool store. This store is known for their sunglasses. Look. Let's try on a pair. I'm going to go in front of this mirror. Wow. This is one of the coolest pairs of sunglasses. Do you guys like them? Let me know down below. How much is this pair? How much?

"Those ones are 315."

"315? Okay."

So, I just learned that this is a Korean brand. And wow. These glasses are super unique. This is their new Disney collection. And let me know if you guys would wear a pair of sunglasses like these. I've never seen something like this inside a store. Do you guys know the parts of the eye in English? What's this middle part that's black? That's the pupil. Pupil. And then he's closing his eye. He has an eyebrow. That's his eyelid. And he has a piercing in his eyebrow.

This mall is so massive that they have a lot more space for some even more stores. For example, in front of me, they have a lot of artwork. These are stores that are coming soon to this mall. This mall is so big that they're still making more and more stores.

I am leaving the luxury section of the mall. And look what I found. A piece in Monopoly. This is a game piece and they have it on display and it's huge. They have a sign here that says, "How many games of Monopoly have been sold around the world?" Go ahead and let me know down below. I think it's around 255 to 355 million. I would say C, 355 million.

This mall is located in New Jersey and we're right across from the MetLife Stadium where the World Cup happened. And look, I'm in front of the Adidas store and they have the world of soccer. Wow, they have all of the jerseys from all of the teams that played in the World Cup. Do you guys see your home jersey? Look, we have Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Spain. Here you can see home and away jerseys. These are the home and these are the away. And they're right across from each other. So this is Argentina's away jersey and this is Argentina's home jersey. Some jerseys have stars on them, and that means they won the World Cup. But this is Spain's old jersey because they only have one star. Since they just won the 2026 World Cup, they're going to have another star on the jersey. Let me know if you guys see your home jersey from your country.

This mall is so big that there are three levels. I just went down the escalator. This is an escalator, but I want to show you guys what's in front of me right now. Can you guess? It's a car. Wow. This is a Tesla. You can go into the car, see how comfortable it is. Not only can you come shopping for clothes, food, a sweet treat, you can come into the mall and buy a car.

Behind me is guest services. I've never seen this in a mall. I guess this mall is way too big, so many people have a lot of questions. But in guest services, you can rent a stroller if you have kids. So let's go ahead and see what they have. So I just learned that at guest services, they answer all of your questions. For example, if you need parking, if you need to rent a stroller, a wheelchair. And they also have two more guest services in different wings of the mall.

Right now I'm entering a garden in the middle of the mall. Wow. I wonder if these trees are real. I think they're fake. But they have a little fountain. This is a great way to take up some space and have a little bit of greenery inside a mall. Here at this fountain, you can flip a coin and all of the coins and the proceeds are going to go to a nonprofit. I think that's really, really cool.

Look at this store. It's called Nuts Factory. Wow, they have the Dubai dessert experience. This Dubai chocolate is actually super common and popular here in the United States. Let me know down below if it's popular where you're from. And look, they have someone working here giving some samples.

"I'll try Dubai almond. Yeah. Thank you."

"We'll do it. You doing a vlog?"

"Mhm."

"That's cool."

"You going to be in my vlog?"

"Oh."

"He's giving out some free samples. What's your favorite?"

"My favorite personally, it's Kenny Peanut."

"You going to try it?"

"Yeah, it's pretty good. It's pretty basic, but it's quite good."

Not only was I able to sample one nut, I ate two nuts.

I don't know why, but it's getting cooler. I think the temperature is changing here. Wait, what is this? Big Snow. Okay, let's check this out. We're in the middle of the summer and this store sells winter gear. I wonder why. Oh my gosh. Guys, this mall is so big that they have a ski resort. In this mall, you can go skiing and snowboarding. They even have a ski lift. But what happens if I don't have the appropriate attire to go skiing? For one, you can probably buy some ski gear. But what if I don't want to pay $200 for a ski jacket, $100 for some snow pants and gloves? Let's see if we can rent a snow suit.

"So if I don't have snow gear or snow attire, can I rent something?"

"Uh yeah, we can rent it out for you. We have a snow day package that includes two-hour access to the snow. If you don't have equipment, it's also great for people who don't have the equipment cuz we also provide them the helmet, jacket, pants, boots, skis with ski poles, or a snowboard."

"And how much is that for renting everything, the snow day pass?"

"That's the two hours. It'd be 89. But usually in the winter, it'll go up a bit."

I got a direct message from a famous YouTuber because he wants me to try his burgers. Mr. Beast Burger. We're going to try the Mr. Beast Burger and look at the entrance of the restaurant. As you guys know, Mr. Beast is known for giving away a ton of money. And I feel like here he would ask someone, "I'll give you guys $1,000 if you can guess how many dollar bills is inside this glass container." So what do you guys think? How many dollar bills is inside? I think around like $5,000 I would say.

In this mall, you can find almost anything. They have an Angry Birds minigolf right beneath me. One thing I've noticed is that a lot of malls are named after the city they're in. For example, Aventura Mall is located in Aventura, Florida. But this mall is called the American Dream, but its location is in East Rutherford, New Jersey. So it's not named after the city it's in. And why is it called the American Dream? Well, it comes from the idea of having a better life after moving to America. And speaking of the American Dream, I think a lot of people come to the United States to really make that happen. They leave something very hard behind in their home country. They move to somewhere new, like the United States, and they start from scratch. They try to improve their lifestyle. They work very hard. And I personally know a lot of people that have accomplished the American Dream.
